RETURNS

All returns packages must be received by us within 10 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return or exchange (ie., deodorant stains, pet hair, pet stains, rips/tears). 

For easy processing of your returns, please email your request to rajnish.sharma@eavan.in or contact@eavan.in or call at  011-25641606 (Between 10 - 5 pm, Mon-Sat) for return and in response to that you would receive a email with details how to exchange or Return the product.

Money-back option - customization will not be refunded.

Please note that shipping and customization charges for returns are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility

Returns will not be accepted for refunds after 10 days from the date you receive the order.

The Returns Policy applies only to destinations in India.

Packing and shipping your return:

Place your completed Merchandise Return Form and the return(s) in a secure package. EAVAN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
